Whenever I called for repairs their crew were here taking care of the issue no matter what it may be quickly and they do an outstanding job. That being said ,I'm waiting for the plumbing crew to come pour cement that had to be removed for the last repair. I realize they were probably waiting for the weather to get better to pour cement. Hopefully it will be done soon now. They were a very professional crew.

Equity Group responds quickly to Maintenance issues. We recently had issues with our a.c in 108 degree weather where it affected our child and Equity Group had someone out the next day to fix the issue. I greatly appreciate the quick response and caring for your tenants. Thank you
